Qaiser Noor has worked with regulators, financial institutions, and boards across the UK, Europe, and GCC, advising on governance, regulatory frameworks, and institutional strategy.
His experience spans senior roles within international banks and regulatory bodies, including his tenure at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), where he contributed to banking supervision, regulatory reform, and financial-sector development.
He later served as Executive Director – Financial Services at NEOM, playing a key role in shaping financial infrastructure and strategy aligned with Vision 2030
